Busy but exciting times

Here's a quick update!

School started last week... 4 days in and I already LOVE my two classes of ten year olds.  Although I miss my TCES friends (especially my BFF, Rob!), I really love my new co-workers.  They have made me feel at home.  What a blessing and answer to prayer!!

Today I started another grad school class... One this fall, one in the spring and I'm DONE!  This has been a great experience but I sure am glad to see the light at the end of the tunnel!

I signed up for a small group this fall.  It starts tomorrow. I'm so excited to be challenged and held accountable as I study the Word.  Thank you, Lord, for this opportunity!!

For the next 13 Tuesday nights, I'll be studying how to have financial peace through a course at my church.  I'm really excited about what this class will teach me!

Wednesday nights you'll find me cheering on my handsome man at his softball games.  I like to pretend I know how to play softball, but really I just want them to all hit home runs.  Regardless, it's fun to watch Kev play softball with his buddies.

Thursday nights are WIFFLEBALL nights!  I have no clue how to play and am terribly worried that I'll embarrass Kev with my lack of wiffleball skills.  I'm excited to try something new and different!

That's it!  The weekends are my time for catching up on sleep and reading some good books.  I'm reading The Shack right now and I highly recommend it!  Next up... Firefly Lane.

Have a great week!
