Riggins

Kev and I adopted a puppy on Saturday from Petco/Henrico Humane Society. Riggins was in a litter of 4 male puppies - 1 tan and 3 black. He is a shepherd hound mix and is absolutely adorable. He was the biggest in the litter but is (surprisingly!) a sweet and VERY snuggly puppy! He loves his big backyard at Kev's house. He is extremely spoiled and loved already; these first few days, he's gotten up to 5 walks a day! I wish I could play with him all day, every day!!!

At his first vet appointment, he weighed in at a whopping 23.4 pounds... he's a big boy! He'll be 3 months old on Wednesday; he was born on August 10, 2010 (a year after his "cousin" Lewis was born!). He can't wait to meet Winston the next time Mom and Dad come in town... Winston can show Riggs the ropes while Riggs can teach Winston how to stay young and energetic!!
